Orogol Associates very often has various openings for part- and full-time careers. For about 70% of the time, our associates usually work from the comfort of their home offices. This freedom gives them more time to spend with their family while still increasing productivity and income. However, Orogol does require On-Site Interpreters, Simultaneous Interpreters and Business Escort Interpreters to be away from their home offices for about 30% of the time. It all depends on the opportunity you consider is best for you and for which you are qualified.

Some of the Qualifications Required of our Associates:

  • Fluency in spoken and written form in stated language (source and target)
  • Good grammar and language skills
  • Typing speed of 60 wpm (for transcribers, and certain translators and interpreters)
  • Dependability and the ability to perform well under remote supervision.
    (Relocation is NOT required, as you will work from your home office)
  • Self-motivated, highly disciplined and organized
  • Sharp communication skills
  • Professional mannerism
  • Professional phone voice
  • Good computer skills and internet experience

Some Working Instruments Our Associates Should Have Prior to Consideration:

  • A home office with minimal distractions
  • A home office equipped with an up-to-date computer, MSOffice, Outlook Express, Eudora, or equivalent e-mail software.
  • Personal translating software and equipment, if applicable
  • An internet-ready computer with a DSL or Cable internet connection and unlimited access from a reliable internet provider. With this type of connection, you can be contacted at anytime.
